1> 4 new Automated Manufacturing SMT lines( All of them support the chips up to 0402, and support micro-BGA, Rohs products).
2> 6 Wave Soldering Line( Five of them support Rohs products ).
3> 6 M/I lines
4> 4 Converyor lines for digital small products, such as MP3, MP4, etc, the capacity is about 6K daily two shifts
5> 3 circle lines for digital satellite receiver and similar products with capacity 9K units daily
6> SMD capacity is 400 Million chips/day with two shifts
7> The maximum ability of producing switching power supply is 20K daily two shifts
8> Test equipment: Reliability test (Hi-Lo temperature), CHROMA 6000, ICT Tester, Electronical Loading, Hi-Pot tester, BGA rework station, IC Programmer, etc.
